Notice when things feel different, for the better. Even if it’s the smallest amount of transformation. Even if it’s nothing more than a subtle shift between how you felt a year ago from now…or even more subtle than that—something you know today that you didn’t know a few months ago. Something you’re noticing in this moment that you didn’t notice on yesterday.
This practice of noticing small signs of transformation is more than just an exercise—it’s a way of growing in your ability to notice when things are changing for the better. In the same way that animals know when springtime is coming, perhaps, we too can develop an awareness of noticing what’s changing. We may not have answers for it all right away, but it matters to notice.
