May you remember what you've learned along the way, including the seemingly small things. Whether you’ve learned how to create boundaries, whether you’ve learned how to be gentle with yourself, or whether you’ve learned how you enjoy resting—even if you still feel like you have ways to grow in terms of growth, acknowledging what you’ve learned first is a valuable step. There is often times a lot of pressure on needing to take action on things that it can be easy to pause and reflect that taking time to learn is an important action, too. Let the fact that you’ve been learning remind you that you have been present to this life in a meaningful way.
