Here’s a little be-kind-to-yourself “to-do” list for today:

1 - Inhale.
2 - Exhale.
3 - Move on to the next item of this to-do list. (No further action required...)
4 - Recognize all of the countless little movements you've made like this all day, even if you couldn't ignore the voice that said you were not doing enough. Remind yourself that even reading a single word in a sentence requires effort.
5 - Be reminded that just because you've gotten so used to doing so many things, that doesn't mean you can't acknowledge how much effort it takes.
6 - Be reminded that there are 1,000 milliseconds in a single second, and you just made it through all 1,000 of them.
7 - Inhale again. Exhale again.
8 - Let that be a thing to "do" with these milliseconds, right now. The smallest things you do matter, even before you are able to figure out how.
9 - Save this and repeat it to yourself as often as you need to. As you continue to grow, seek peace, and try to do new things, may you remember all the things you already do.
